Founded in 2018, Puma Capital is the Iberia-focussed real estate finance arm of Pacific Investments.

It provides a range of financing solutions including bridge and mezzanine loans to SME developers in the residential and student accommodation sectors.

Whilst national bank lending criteria has created funding gaps for local developers, Puma’s products can be used either to fund acquisition or to fill shortfalls in construction finance by a senior lender. Its lending activity in Iberia is backed by an experienced management team and advisory board; providing a fast, reliable and flexible financing solution for developers.
