Zorin Finance was founded alongside Luke Townsend in 2011 to finance UK based SME residential developers who were struggling to obtain credit terms post the liquidity crunch. Over 10 years, Zorin lent over £800m with nil capital losses. Pacific Investments and family sold their entire shareholding to Avenue Capital in 2021 generating a money multiple of 4.2x.
